ScaleFlows provides an online SaaS platform that automates and enhances customer service workflows through artificial intelligence. Our system helps e-commerce merchants improve communication efficiency and generate more leads through automated responses, data-driven insights, and smart ad optimization tools.

While we make every effort to improve user engagement and lead generation using our tools, ScaleFlows cannot guarantee any specific increase in sales, conversions, or leads, as results depend on each customer's business model, advertising quality, offer, and overall marketing behaviour.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

All pricing and billing details are clearly displayed on our website before purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). By subscribing, you authorize Stripe or Shopify Payments to automatically charge your chosen payment method at each renewal period.

If payment fails or your subscription expires, access to ScaleFlows may be suspended until payment is completed.

Because ScaleFlows is a digital SaaS platform, all payments are non-refundable once the service has been activated. Refunds will only be issued in cases of duplicate billing or verified technical errors. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that digital services are exempt from the EU/UK right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

While we strive to maintain continuous service, ScaleFlows does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free performance. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, software updates, or factors beyond our control (e.g., hosting or API provider outages).

ScaleFlows Ltd assumes no liability for loss of data, leads, or revenue caused by downtime or third-party interruptions.

ScaleFlows provides automation and marketing tools designed to enhance customer engagement and help merchants generate more leads. However:

• Actual results vary based on individual marketing strategies, ad spend, offer quality, and customer behaviour.
• We do not promise, warrant, or guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, or conversions.
• You are solely responsible for your own advertising, targeting, and lead management practices.

By using ScaleFlows, you acknowledge that performance improvements depend on external factors outside our control.

All software, design, and content provided through ScaleFlows remain the exclusive property of ScaleFlows Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use ScaleFlows for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the performance or security of the Service

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

ScaleFlows integrates with third-party services, including Shopify, Stripe, and analytics APIs. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or any issue caused by these external services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ScaleFlows Ltd and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, leads, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ScaleFlows in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScaleFlows Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activities that harm the Service or its reputation. Upon termination, your right to access ScaleFlows immediately ceases.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at https://scaleflows.com/terms. By continuing to use the Service after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
